The short version
- We collect as little personal data as we can, and we use it only to provide what you asked for.
- This website sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and has no analytics.
- We don't sell personal data, use it for advertising, or track you across apps or websites.
Who we are
Proxenos Systems PBC, a Delaware public benefit corporation, is responsible for the personal data described here (in EU terms, the controller). Contact us at privacy@proxenos.systems or by the means on our support page.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and your correspondence with us. Our products are not yet generally available. Before any Proxenos app or online service becomes available, we will update this policy to describe exactly what that product collects, why, and for how long. Until then, these principles apply to everything we build:
- Your data stays on your own devices unless a feature you choose needs to send it somewhere.
- No telemetry or analytics, and no accounts we don't need.
- Traffic we carry between your devices is encrypted end to end, so we cannot read it.
- Purchases go through the app store you buy from, and we receive only what we need to deliver what you bought.
Data we handle today
This website
This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and has no analytics. Cloudflare hosts it and provides our DNS. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the details of your request. We don't keep a log of visits.
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. Fastmail hosts our email. We keep correspondence as long as we need it to help you and to keep business records. We delete it sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
How we use data, and why
- To answer you when you contact us. Our legitimate interest is responding to your request.
- To keep this site secure and available, through our hosting provider. Our legitimate interest is running a reliable website.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
We don't use personal data for advertising or profiling. We don't sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who else handles data
We use the service providers below. Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under terms that require it to protect the data at least as well as this policy does.

We may disclose data when the law requires it. If Proxenos Systems PBC is reorganized or acquired, this policy continues to apply to data collected under it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where data moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access, correct, delete or export your personal data;
- object to or restrict our use of it;
- withdraw any consent you gave;
- complain to a data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@proxenos.systems. We will respond within the time the law allows, and in any case within 30 days.
Security
We keep what we hold to a minimum and limit access to it to the people who need it. To report a vulnerability, write to security@proxenos.systems.
Children
This site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will say so on this site before it takes effect.
